Sales & Account Manager

We require a full time Sales & Account Manager to join our team.

The job involves:
  • Planning and attending regular meetings with team members and directors.
  • Developing the team through product knowledge, inspirations, motivation and skills development.
  • Managing sales administration.
  • Reporting on performance to team members and directors.
  • Streamlining systems and processes.
  • Developing internal and external business plans covering sales, expenses, targets and forecasts.
  • Monitoring the performance of the sales team.
  • Attending various sales meetings, conferences, exhibitions and events.
  • Researching, assessing and implementing new strategies to improve processes.
