Our graduate programme
At Nuttersons we believe in providing an environment where every individual can reach their potential. We do this through putting in place a structured development plan as well as providing the required support, training, and opportunities for learning required. We believe that we can only be great collectively if we are great individually.
Our graduate programme sets itself apart from many others by encouraging independent thinking, individual creativity, and letting you put your ideas into practice. We want our graduates to challenge the way we do things, offer solutions to problems and come up with new ways to add value to our clients and ourselves.
Each role will be different depending on your role, but which ever area you work in you can expect to work with passionate staff on a variety of projects. You will be given lots of responsibility early on. For example your first week may include:
- Working on your own projects that we can incorporate into our business
- Applying your technical knowledge to solve complex problems
- Presenting your ideas to our team or clients
- Developing client relationships
