This job involves:
- Dealing with customers face to face.
- Filing and photocopying.
- Dealing with inbound and outbound telephone calls.
- General office duties.
- Administration duties, data entry etc.
- Greeting customers.
- Use of the internal computer system.
- Advising Customers
- Preparing letters.
- Preparing and taking post.
