How we decide

We shape our places and then our places shape us.

Following the final interview a decision is made between the recruiting team as to if any of the potential candidates are right for Nuttersons. Sometimes there are multiple candidates suitable for the position, sometimes only one and sometimes none at all. The recruitment team will make a decision as to which of the suitable candidates to offer roles to.

The decision on who to offer the role to will be based on all the information we have obtained throughout the recruitment process including; application, CV, initial interview and final interview. Applicants are scored at each stage ensuring the process is fair throughout.

The successful applicants will then be contacted by a member of the recruitment team and the HR department will then contact the candidate via email to make a formal offer of employment.
