Offer of position

If we don't change, we don't grow. If we don't grow, we aren't really living.

Once all interviews are complete, the successful candidates will be contacted by one of the recruitment team to let them know we would like them to offer a position. This will be followed by our HR department who will contact the successful candidate to make a formal offer of employment. We aim to make all offers of employment within one week of the final interview.

The formal offer will provide you with full details on your position, salary and bonus expectations. We have some flexibility with allowing you to take some time to make your decision or agreeing a start date. If you have any wishes to defer your start date beyond your notice period please let us know early on in the recruitment process.

Once you have confirmed your start date the HR team will contact you to get any other relevant details from you and let you know they are on hand to answer any questions you may have.
