We want to understand what experience you have had, what knowledge you have that will lead you to success in your chosen role.
Our interview process normally consists of two interview rounds after which a final decisions will be made.
First Round Interviews
On the first round we will expect you to be able to demonstrate you have an understanding of the role you have applied for and what it will consist of. We would also like to know your reasons for wanting to work with ourselves. We will also get a feel for your belief and values to ascertain if you would add value to our team. We will also ask you about your past experiences and we may test any relevant role specific skills.
Second Round Interviews
The best candidates are invited to a second round interview. The second round interviews are used to determine which of the best candidates is a best fit for us. Second round interviews will usually be based more of giving you the opportunity to demonstrate your experience and knowledge. This means that the format of the second round interview will vary depending on the role. For example designers may be asked to talk us through their portfolio, developers may be asked to edit existing code, administration staff may be asked to complete a variety of short test that measure skills such as verbal and numerical reasoning and familiarity with any required software packages.
Following the interview
Within one week following interviews we contact all candidates to inform them of our decision. Successful candidates will be then be sent a formal job offer. All candidates are offered the opportunity to receive feedback on their interview.
