Teaching

A good leader is one who can tell another how to reach their potential; a great leader is one who can help another discover their potential themselves.

We believe teaching to be one of the best tools available to help each individual staff member develop his or her own skill set. We also believe our collective staff are the most important teaching asset we have. As such, we encourage individuals to teach, and learn from, one another so that we all improve together. When we improve as a team, we improve in our ability to provide customers with the service they have come to expect.

The total body of knowledge among the Nuttersons staff is a virtual gold mine. It is a treasure trove of knowledge, skills, experiences, and challenges that can all be shared to everyone's mutual benefit. When you join our team, you will have the opportunity to teach others what you have already learned and experienced. You will also have the opportunity to benefit from the knowledge and experience others have to offer you.

You've probably heard it said that learning is a lifelong experience, right? Well, so is teaching. There will always be others who can benefit from the knowledge and skills you possess. Moreover, very few things are as helpful to your personal development as teaching others what you know, because the more you teach, the greater your own desire is to learn those things you do not know.

We believe that urging our team members to teach one another is vitally important to the success of our business. We are committed to making sure we always maintain an atmosphere that fosters teaching and learning within our midst. If this sounds like the type of work environment you are looking for, we would be happy to speak with you about joining the Nuttersons team.
